About Tasos Anastasis Anastasis was born in London in 1964 and moved to Cyprus in 1997 where he lives with his wife from The Netherlands and their 3 children. For almost 20 years Anastasis has been painting portraits of people and pets, some from his studio and many from the large number of tourists who visit Agia Napa (Cyprus) every summer season. His passion for portraits can easily be seen by the strength and vitality he gives his finished portraits. So when people sent him photo's of their loved ones or pets, he takes pride in the fact that they trust him to make portraits of their loved ones. He likes to reveal in every portrait he makes the deep universal life force in which every single person possess'. Our facial characteristics and expressions, not only are they different from every other single person in the world, but a single thought can change the way we look at the world, and especially the way the world looks at us.
